First ever LA Car Design Night – registration now open

Tue, 05 Aug 2014

For those who have attended one of our Car Design Nights at various auto shows around the world, you'll know they're a great place to catch up with fellow designers, make new contacts and unwind with an informal drink away from the show floor. This year we're excited to announce the launch of our first event in the US, to coincide with the Los Angeles Auto Show on the evening of 20 November at Elevate Lounge on Wilshire Blvd from 7PM. Head to the events page to register now and we hope to see you there.

Happiness is a Jaguar XJ6 Coupé, says Michael J. Scott

Thu, 01 Jul 2010

My first Jaguar experience was with the purchase of an XJ6 Coupe which I bought because I thought it was very elegant.  The 4.2 straight six never failed to impress in the way the car just disappeared over the horizon in plush silence (apart from some wind noise from the door seals) and I loved the drama of opening two petrol caps and pumping in fuel from both sides of the car. After long fast drives to southern Germany I always arrived as fresh as when I started out. The car attracted admiring interest from everyone including little old ladies!

Audi R8 Spyder outed by Audi dealer

Fri, 31 Jul 2009

The Audi R8 Spyder - outed by an Audi dealer And now an over-eager Audi dealer in the UK has stuck an advert on Pistonheads for the new Audi R8 Spyder and included a grainy (hence the image quality above) shot of the R8 Spyder, which could have been  taken on a dealer reveal recently. Oops! Not sure that’s going to go down too well with Audi.
