This is a very hard to find 6V coil that mounts through the firewall and was used on a number of pre-war vehicles. As you can see, it's in its original Mopar box and has the ID tag. I sent to out to an old auto-electronic shop that has a coil tester and they tell me it's like new, with strong spark. Works well over time as well with no degradation.

This coil was used in a number of Chrysler, and other vehicles (Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler). Mid to late 1930's vehicles in particular. If you have questions about whether this is correct for your vehicle, drop me a note and I may be able to help you figure it out.

Jaguar and Land Rover are to open design studios in China and the United States as the two British brands look to better understand local tastes, according to Ian Callum, Jaguar Design Director in an interview with Automotive News Europe. The United States is currently the carmaker's second-biggest market after the UK, closely followed by China in third. To further tap into these markets is key for the long-term success of JLR and so it is following its competitors in opening up foreign design studios.
