What you are viewing is an NOS exhaust hanger. This hanger is the one that bolts behind the muffler on most F-Series trucks F100-F350. You may also be able to use this on the 1978-1979 Ford Broncos. Over time the flange will rust off that mounts the pipe to the hanger. If you are restoring one of these trucks if you just need to replace your bad hanger this is what you need.

So it was no huge surprise to get an email from Nissan this morning detailing changes to the Qashqai for 2011 in the UK. Stop/Start turns up as an option for the first time on the 1.6 litre petrol Qashqais (for £200) which, if you can get in to the habit of sticking the car in neutral and foot off the clutch every time you grind to a halt in traffic, can yield decent fuel savings.
