This is the same 1970's style tach cup and mounting bracket used to make the Garlit's stars and strips tach's. (see comparison photo) The tach is calibrated for 6 cylinder engines and can also be used on 4 cyl's. The chrome lens bezel has been primed (to be painted the color of your dash or car ) there are no dings or dents on the chrome cup, only light scratches with some light rust spots on the chrome ( dash or column) mounting bracket. The tach's black face, numbers and lettering are presentable, not tested, the needle bounces freely. Do to age, being offered "as-is " for parts, or for restoration. Land Rover does like to divvy up a special edition at the end of the year to give car sales a bit of New Year impetus (and, if Land Rover’s recent sales figures are anything to go by, it certainly works), and this year we get the Land Rover Freelander Black & white Edition. Public 'right behind' 20mph urban speed limits
Wed, 02 Apr 2014NEARLY 80% of people think 20mph speed limits should be the norm around schools, in residential streets and in village, town and city centres, according to a survey. More than four in five people think traffic travels too fast on local roads, the poll by road safety charity Brake and Allianz Insurance found. Of the 1,000 people surveyed, 78% backed the 20mph campaign run by Brake, with 72% saying roads in their town or village need to be made safer for walking.
2014 Mitsubishi Outlander official safety car for Pikes Peak

The 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander crossover will be the official safety vehicle for the 91st running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb on June 30. The Outlander will join two Mitsubishi race cars as they attack the 12.4-mile course.
