Up for auction is a OEM rear glass #456054 for a 1949-1952 Chevrolet, Olds 76 or 98 series, 2 door sedan, tourback style line, and style line deluxe.  It also fits a 1949-1950 Oldsmobile 4 door sedan or a 1949-1952 Pontiac 2 door sedan or 4 door sedan (Tour back and Chieftain).  It is in fair Used condition with some scratches and rubs to the glass as pictured (worst scratching at top center - wouldn't picture very well but is noticeable).  It would be good for a driver quality car or a show car.  The approximate measurements are 46" x 16", ( please verify your measurements prior to purchase ).  Window number 456054.  Any questions call at 309-231-5586.  Thanks for looking.

Jaguar F-Type DOES mean next Jaguar XK heading upmarket

Ian Callum has said that the new Jaguar F-Type will give Jaguar the opportunity to push the next generation Jaguar XK upmarket. Autocar has been chatting with Jaguar’s design guru, Ian Callum, who has said pretty much what we said in September, namely that the F-Type’s arrival will allow the next XK to be ‘More special than a GT’. Ian also speculates that the next XK could grow in size too to be a bit more than a 2+2, but it seems pretty clear that Jaguar will be looking to take the next XK firmly in to territory currently held by cars like the Aston Martin DB9 and Vanquish.
