All items purchased are from salvaged vehicles meaning they are pre-owned. They may show extremely minor signs of use or significant wear. (We try to depict each item as accurately as possible under eBays SELLER NOTES in the ITEM SPECIFICS SECTION). All canceled transactions will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. (I.E. purchasing an item and contacting us for a refund for any reason whatsoever prior to shipment). Buyers trying to avoid eBays restocking policy by filing a claim or dispute through Paypal or any other payment processing company are also subject to the 20% restocking fee. If an item is purchased in error and the buyer would like to return it, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as assume full financial responsibility in returning the item. A valid tracking number MUST be provided along with signature confirmation on all orders over $99.99. Please note, free shipping is in no way shape or form free. We offer return shipping only if the item we sent is declared defective by an ASE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN. If the item has been purchased by mistake the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for sending it back to our registered Paypal address with a valid tracking number. We will gladly replace a defective item free of charge as long as it has been declared defective by an ASE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN. Buyers who do the installation of any of our parts themselves MUST BE ASE CERTIFIED. Failure to provide proof of certification will result in loss of warranty for the item. All defective items must be installed or declared defective by either the Dealership or an ASE Certified Mechanic Shop. Written proof must be provided as well. I.E. Receipt, Invoice, ETC. Any installations done by anyone other than a licensed professional in the automotive industry will void the warranty entirely and any refunds / exchanges will be denied. If opening a case or dispute please be sure to upload a copy of the invoice / receipt from your local repair facility stating that the item is defective as well as the technicians full name, phone number and copy of ASE Certifications. Failure to provide these documents will void the warranty entirely as well as the opportunity to exchange the item or receive a refund. All returned items must have our markings, any items returned without our signature mark will be ineligible for a refund. If an item initially arrives defective, all replacement items will be sent through standard shipping services such as FedEx Smart Post or USPS Parcel Post. Expedited shipping is available at the buyers expense. Free expedited shipping is only free for the initial purchase. No exceptions. If the buyer requests a return and the return is approved, the buyer will be refunded with the exception of the actual shipping cost, a $3.75 shipping and handling reimbursement fee (bubble wrap, tape and stretch wrap does not come cheap) as well as a 20% restocking fee. For example, an item purchased for $100 is approved for a return. Jaguar signs up Lana Del Rey to make the F-Type cool
Sat, 25 Aug 2012Jaguar has revealed it has signed up singer songwriter Lana Del Rey to help promote the new F-Type sports car. Land Rover chose to use Mrs Beckham to promote the Range Rover Evoque, and went as far as allowing her input in a limited edition Evoque Beckham, a move that probably generated more column inches of PR for Land Rover than any amount of money could buy. So Jaguar are going a similar way with the F-Type, but instead of signing a Spice Girl they’ve had the sense to look at what is new and cool, and they’ve very sensibly decided the face of the F-Type is going to be singer songwriter Lana Del Rey.

Fri, 09 Mar 2012Mercedes-Benz has lifted the veil of secrecy on the plug-in-electric propulsion system of its upcoming SLS E-Cell, first revealed in concept form at the 2009 Frankfurt auto show. Set to go into limited production in early 2013, the zero-emission version of the German carmaker's signature gullwing coupe is set to rival a raft of new high-priced electric or hybrid supercars due out in the not-too-distant future, including the Audi E-tron, the BMW i8, the Jaguar C-X75 and the Porsche 918. The car is undergoing development at Mercedes-Benz's performance-car AMG unit and its British-based sister company, AMG High Performance Powertrains--the company behind Mercedes' latest 2.4-liter V6 Formula One race engine.
