NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost. If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, only open it in the presence of the carrier. Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damage/refuse the package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. We will work with you throughout the insurance claim process. Once an insurance claim is approved we will replace the items claimed or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced. Returns Returns are accepted with prior approval within 30 days after receiving the item. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
