This is KG engineering rack made in RI , may fit many old bikes  ,honda ,kawi ,suzuki .
This is adjustable rack and its goes on rear shock mount and back mount .and can be extend horizontally and you can change z wideness 
please check all pictures and make sure its fit your application

You may or may not use small side bracket for your bike if its different than xs yamaha
