Hi up for auction is a new old stock Radair DART II locator transmitter that transmits a beacon on 121.5 & 243.0 MHz when triggered. These units are typically installed in aircraft and survival equipment such as life rafts to provide search crews the ability to locate downed survivors. The unit is automatically triggered by physical shock of 6gs or more or manually. Extremely rugged construction capable of operating in temperatures of -40F to +150F. Includes antenna and manual. Battery system runs on D cell batteries making the unit very cost effective as well. Please see the pictures for more details. Also please be assured I do not try to make money off of shipping, if my quote is too high from what you paid, I will refund the difference. I am disabled and suffer with chronic pain, it takes me extra time to get to the Post Office. But lurking on MINI’s stand in Geneva is also the new entry-level MINI – the new MINI One (pictured above). With a lesser spec than its siblings, the new MINI One comes with a body coloured roof, less butch front bumper and smaller wheels and an all round pruned-down spec.
