Offering a set of HARD to find connectors for HEAD LIGHTS and TAIL LIGHTS.

These are quality cole hersee SOCKETS.

I have other sockets listed with wiring pig tails and bracket attached to the housing for tail lights etc.

Included is 2 complete connectors.

The outside measurements of the can is 11/16.

They have a outside spring pin tab so they can be locked in to a headlight reflector if you can drill a hole.

I used these on a 20's drum headlight reflector and used a hose clamp to hold them to the reflector.

These take the 2 contact straight across pin bulbs like all the 6 volt bulbs were made.

Speedway motors has BRIGHT 12V bulbs with the straight pins for tail lights.

Speedways part number is 9111158HP.

The web site link is http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Super-Bright-Power-Bulbs-Straight,7387.html

Their description of their super bright bulb reads ::

12 volt stock replacement for use with old styled glass lenses. Super Power (50 candlepower), for more visibility. Use on side and taillights. Straight across mounting pins.

This bulb has two filaments and two contact points. It will not work properly in an 1156 socket.

Never touch these bulbs with bare fingers! Smudges and skin oil will cause quick bulb failure. Wipe them with a cloth containing rubbing alcohol before use!

S/H 5.00 for the pair.

Just a side note to all shopping for a switch or switch sets for their antique car, hot rod, race car or truck build.

I only sell quality parts. No junk here.

I buy parts and pieces in bulk to make up matching switch sets. Most knobs fit most switch I sell but their is some that don't work out very well. If you like a certain knob, just ask if it will fit the switch your interested in. Most knobs have to be fitted to each switch.

View my feedback and buy with confidence. I will not sell anything I would not use on my cars. I accept returns for any reason.

MINI Countryman Review & Road Test: MINI Countryman Cooper D All4 (2011) Part 2

Tue, 22 Feb 2011

MINI Countryman Cooper D All4 - Style over substance? It seems incongruous at first, this MINI Countryman. It’s as if BMW has sent their MINI off to beef-up for its new role as a mover of stuff and people.
