I found this on a shelf in a shop that closed down in the early 70's it had about a inch of dust on it. I Think this is a NOS cap but since I am not sure I listed it as used. This is in great shape it just needs to be cleaned real good from sitting for so many years. I am told this is for 39-41 Lincoln Mercury & Zepher but I am sure it will work on other makes and models from that era. This is a really RARE fine so grab it while you can. Cautious welcome for fuel duty freeze

Both the AA and the RAC pointed out that Mr Osborne was already getting big sums from motorists in taxation.
