Up for auction is an great running 2005 Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2 carbureted 350 V-8  FRESH WATER CLOSED COOLING  Fully  dressed drop in complete engine!!! He paid an bunch of extra money for all the fresh water closed cooling cooling components/ system. If you don't want to run the closed cooling system simply take it right off put all in a box and store it away or sell it off. The raw water pump alone is $600 new!! Anyway I bought an old 1989 24' Cuddy cabin boat and the owner had blown up his motor back in 2004, so he loved the boat so much that he decided to purchase an brand new Mercruiser Alpha one Gen 2 engine for the boat and he also bought and brand new Alpha one Gen 2 transom assembly, gimbal, power trim assembly, and brand new Alpha one Gen 2 complete out drive at a cost of over $10k for everything. Apparently the guys health was going down hill and they just didn't use the boat anymore near as much as they used to and only put on 69 hours since he bought it in 2005. The motor runs absolutely fantastic! The engine is still in the boat so I can run it for buyer if it is being picked up. If you are having it shipped I will pull motor out and crate it for buyer. I am going to sell motor fully dressed with everything on it so it will be ready to simply drop in your boat plug in wires and go!! And when I say complete I mean it's comming with everything, manifolds, complete fresh water cooling system, raw water pump, coolant reservoir, everything you see mounted to engine in pics will come with it!!! Asking $3000 for complete turn key drop in engine!! And if your interested in everything, complete engine and drive, gimbal ect I would let everything go for $4000 for all!!!
