You are looking at a original Hurst 4 speed shifter from a 69 camaro. Looks to be all the correct pieces except for some cotter pins. The shifter box has a nice coating of sticky grease on it and because of that the metal looks really nice. The only real issue i see is the knob threads need a little fixing before re-chroming the bar.

Carroll Shelby recovering from health scare

Shelby has been hospitalized after catching the flu, which turned into a case of pneumonia. Shelby, 89, has received heart and kidney transplants over the course of his life and dealt with a number of health issues.
