A RARE AND HARD TO FIND ITEM, THIS TRANSMISSION WAS PURCHASED FROM AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAD A V-16 CADILLAC. IT WAS TO BE USED TO REPLACE ANOTHER ONE. IT WAS FOUND OUT THAT THE FIRST TRANSMISSION JUST NEEDED AN ADJUSTMENT. CONSEQUENTLY THIS IS A SPARE, IT WAS PROBABLY PURCHASED MORE THAN 50 YEARS AGO. STAMPED INTO THE HOUSING IS NUMBER 11-1544. New media reports in the US suggest that one of America's biggest car makers, General Motors, is considering buying Tesla in 2014. But now, with the Continental GT3 strutting its stuff at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and ready to play, Bentley has seen fit to tell us how much power the GT3 has, and how much weight it’s shed. Remarkably, the Continental GT3′s weight is a substantial 100kg less than the road-going GT, weighing it at an almost lightweight 1300kg.
