Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: We all know that accidents happen sometimes. We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 15 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.

Non Returnable Products & Services: The following products cannot be returned due to manufacturer's policies or their made-to-order custom features:

Refunds & Credits: After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order. Karmann, the century-old German coachbuilder synonymous with cabrios and the famous 1950s Karmann Ghia, has filed for insolvency. The company made the move Wednesday in Germany in response to a dramatic decline in revenue, an inability to pay for its massive layoff plan and the worldwide economic crisis. The North American operations, which make convertible tops for Detroit car companies and Volkswagen, are not affected, a spokesman said.

BMW has given the 7-series the mildest of mid-life facelifts for 2012 – with a series of cosmetic tidy-ups, fettled engines, extra kit and the UK's first hybrid 7-series. The ActiveHybrid7 isn't the most expensive 7-series (that's the 760Li at £101,805), but at £66,040 the petrol-electric saloon is some £8k pricier than the biggest-selling 730d. As the diesel is also cleaner and more economical, we suspect the hybrid Seven will remain a niche seller over here.
