M18mm x 1.5mm thread - fits all O2 sensors in American, Japanese, European, cars, trucks, motorcycles - everything!

  • fits narrow and wideband sensors (works with innovate ,AEM,Zeitronix,FJO ..... ALL sensors)
  • STEPPED/shaped to fit against exhaust tubing with No grinding needed on exhaust tubing, With our bungs just drill a 7/8" hole with a step drill and weld the bung on.  Save labor $ AND get a better fit!
  • Mild steel bung and 303 stainless plug, plus copper sealing washer. THIS IS WHAT THE TUNERS NEED TO USE WHEN CHECKING AIR/FUEL RATIO. USE ONE IN EACH EXHAUST PIPE.  Many people use these bungs with all types of steel tubing with no problem because the bung is much thicker than the tubing it works well. Normal mild steel welding rod/filler/wire can be used to weld these to stainless.
  • CORRECTLY DIMENSIONED -thick enough so it won't warp when welding, CORRECT LENGTH so that the sensor is in the exhaust stream but not too far, so it does not obstruct flow, this is important as most of our customers are tuners and want max performance. Beware some other bungs or nuts are to thin, they will warp and leak or ruin the threads and they are a big pain to weld to round exhaust pipe.

Mazda Ryuga concept: first official pictures

Thu, 14 Dec 2006

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 14 December 2006 10:32 Meet the Mazda MX-3 of the future, the company’s Ryuga concept. Gullwing doors and stubby styling forge a recreation of Mazda’s baby coupe that sold between 1991-98. It was notable for having the smallest V6 engine of its time, a 1.8 litre.

Mercedes CL facelift (2010): first official photos

Fri, 02 Jul 2010

This is the newly facelifted Mercedes CL500; although previously tipped to be called the S-Class Coupé, Mercedes stuck with the original name after all. Alongside the soon-to-be industry-standard daytime running lights and updated grille, lights and exhaust, most of the changes on the new 2010 Merc CL are in areas you can't see. The biggest change is in the engine bay: out goes the old 5.5-litre V8 and in comes a more powerful and economical 4.7-litre bi-turbo.

Chrysler dedicates resources to improving its vehicle interiors

Wed, 18 May 2011

A few years ago, auto supplier Visteon Corp. graded Chrysler's interiors. It was simple to understand, a color-coded list, said Ralph Gilles, senior vice president of product design for Chrysler Group LLC -- green for good items, red for bad and yellow for areas of caution.
