Warranty
The tires sold by USA Wheel and Tire Outlet are warranted by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty. Please remember that not all tires come with a manufacturer's warranty. Details of warranties can be found on the manufacturers' websites. Mileage warranty is based on road conditions, driving habits, and regular maintenance, including but not limited to tire pressure, balancing, rotation, and alignment.

Delivery
After receipt of payment, shipping of the merchandise normally takes 1-3 business days. We use FedEx for shipping and require signature confirmation to receive items. Please call us if you are not able to receive the items. Fedex will not be able to ship to PO Boxes, you must use a physical address. Freight charges are valid for the 48 Contiguous States. Shipping to AK, HI, APO, FPO, and PR requires additional shipping charges; please contact us for shipping quotes. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in California.

Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that you, as our customer, are satisfied with our services. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we run out of stock. Alternative tires are available upon request.
If delivery is delayed by an act of God or force majeure (circumstances considered reasonably beyond the control of USA Wheel and Tire Outlet), USA Wheel and Tire Outlet shall not be held liable for late delivery.
We reserve the title of property to all products delivered, until all outstanding payments and all demands concerning the order have been settled.
Our tire delivery prices within the United States include packaging and shipping costs per shipment; such costs will not be claimed on return of unwanted goods. However, a distinction will be made between those goods that are returned because the goods are no longer wanted, and those that are returned due to being faulty.

Return Policy:

Unwanted goods

Unwanted goods may be returned if you contact us within 14 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged.
All Unwanted Return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. USA Wheel and Tire Outlet will not be able to refund the shipping costs to and from our warehouses. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and packaging related to his or her order.
After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund based on your method of payment. When returning goods, the customer must use a form of shipping that comes with a tracking number. USA Wheel and Tire Outlet will not be held liable for any damage caused during shipping from the customer to USA Wheel and Tire Outlet; The customer must package their goods in the same way they received their goods.

Incorrect goods

Our auctions include descriptions and part numbers that are pursuant to the manufacturer. The images, however, may not be indicative of the actual product. We use stock images given to us by the manufacturers. If you are unsure of what a product may look like, please contact us for help.
If you receive goods that are different from what you ordered, you must contact USA Wheel and Tire Outlet within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged.
You may return the goods for a full refund, including all shipping costs. We will send you shipping labels to be attached to the incorrect goods you received. It will be the customers' responsibility to correctly package the goods in the same way they received their goods.

Damaged goods

If your goods are damaged during shipping, you must contact USA Wheel and Tire Outlet within 5 business days of receipt of delivery to initiate the return process. You must submit pictures to verify the damage.
You may return the goods for a full refund, including all shipping costs. We will send you shipping labels to be attached to the incorrect goods you received. It will be the customers' responsibility to correctly package the goods in the same way they received their goods.
After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund based on your method of payment.

Warranty, Liability

The tires sold by USA Wheel and Tire Outlet are warranted by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer warranty. Please remember that not all tires come with a manufacturer's warranty. Details of warranties can be found on the manufacturers' websites.
Damage claims against USA Wheel and Tire Outlet will be refuted unless USA Wheel and Tire Outlet management, employees or legal representatives are liable for deliberate acts of gross negligence. We will not accept liability for damages due to negligence in so far this exclusion of liability is held to be reasonable under the given circumstances. The customer's statutory rights for non-delivery are not affected by this clause.
Tires returned for defects are subject only to the warranty and warranty process of the manufacturer of that tire.
Product claims can only be filed by our direct customers.
Save for the customer's statutory rights in relation to the purchased tires or wheels and their fitness for purpose and (amongst others) satisfactory quality, damage claims will be refuted, if we, our legal representatives, or our management are not liable for deliberate act or gross negligence. This also applies to damages incurred due to duties neglected during negotiations, as well as unauthorized acts.
Our legal representatives and management are not liable for ensuing damages and typical damages, resulting from a careless interpretation of minor contract duties or minor duties within the framework of a contract agreement. The total damage will be restricted to the typical average amount of damages, save for damage due to liability for negligently caused death or personal injury. This clause does not affect your right to seek compensation for any damage or loss incurred by the customer.
In so far as we are insured against damage claims, we may pass on any resulting insurance claim to the client.
It is common knowledge that, at present, it is not possible to develop or operate error-free software and hardware or exclude errors, which may occur while using the Internet. We will not be liable for any damages to users or third parties incurred while using our platforms.

Chevrolet Volt uses parts made from oil-collecting booms

General Motors is transforming about 100 miles of boom material used to soak up oil in the Gulf of Mexico into auto parts for the Chevrolet Volt. The oil-soaked plastic material collected off the Alabama and Louisiana coasts will keep more than 100,000 pounds of waste from the nation's landfills. The project is expected to make enough plastic to supply the first-year production of Volts with plastic parts for under the hood.

As one judge, Geert Jan Schellekens, Principal Automotive and Industrial Designer at SABIC Innovative Plastics, said; "From several hundred entries to 20 finalists in a day's time - what could have turned out to be a cumbersome process, if not a bureaucratic nightmare, actually became an intensive yet fun session with many intriguing and interesting interpretations of the contest brief - fuelling some lively discussions!" Another strong impression from judges was also of the variety of design entry and the effort that had been put into them, as Dale Harrow said: "I'm very impressed with the standard, and particularly with the diversity of entries to the contest". Derek Buckmaster,Global Market Director, Body Panels & Glazing for SABIC Innovative Plastics, said: "I was surprised by the depth of thought which the entrants had put into their designs to meet the diverse needs of the three 'milenniumites' described in the design brief. The designs displayed numerous approaches to meeting the environmentally-friendly and light-weight goals." All designs were considered relative to the Assessment Criteria a critically important part of the contest, created to ensure as much fairness in the process as possible and detailed in the Contest part of Car Design News.

Senate releases $350 billion more in bailout money

The Senate voted Thursday to release a second round of $350 billion in federal aid to rescue financial institutions. The money could be the source of additional loans to automakers, auto finance companies and perhaps suppliers. An earlier allocation of $350 billion funded the first installments of emergency loans to General Motors and Chrysler LLC.
