These dual purpose motorcycle swingarm spools support bikes on a rear swingarm stand and minimize damage to a motorcycle during a fall or crash. The swingarm spools provide a sturdy & solid mounting point for a rear stand to allow motorcycles to be lifted and supported upright without using a kickstand for servicing or storing bikes. Swingarm spool sliders help minimize damage to the bike by acting as a buffer between the ground and the motorcycle during a collision, spreading out the force of impact and letting the bike slide to a more natural stop. The swingarm spools are constructed from heavy duty black delrin. Available in 8mm, 6mm & 10mm sizes to fit the pre-threaded holes most bikes have. Alfa Romeo has delayed the U.S. introduction of several key models by at least another year and has canceled plans to build a mid-sized SUV at Chrysler Group's factory in Toledo, Ohio. Porsche to build 918 Spyder

Porsche today announced that it will build the 918 Spyder, a road legal version of the 718bhp hybrid sports car that made its debut at the Geneva motor show last year. The company says the hybrid sports car will be limited to just 918 examples and be offered in left-hand drive only in order to ensure exclusivity of the new model. Based on a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic monocoque, the 918 Spyder's design DNA is derived from the Carrera GT and Porsche 917 race car as well as the RS Spyder.
