Up for auction is an amazing matched pair of circa 1930-1950 Tillotson Model D3A downdraft carburetors that are new old stock. They came from an estate, and when found, they were wrapped in 1940s newspaper! They are as new all over. May need a few seals due to age, no biggie. They have a super cool evil looking head, which may be a marine cover design with flame arrestor built in, to keep from blowing up a boat if it backfires upon starting. No reason these can be used on any race midget old antique car or race boat. Would look superb under the hood of a car! BOTH have the same serial number stamped on them:04886! Must have been sold as a matched set. The overall height of the carb body is 6 1/2 inches. Top opening is 2 1/4 inches in diameter. Bottom opening is 1 1/2 inches in diameter. From center of mounting hole to center of mounting hole on bottom flange is approx. 2 11/16 inches.  DO NOT miss this amazing pair of carbs! Flat shipping is USA is $30.00. Overseas shipping for costs. Good Luck George Albright, Ocala,Fla.  3  5  2  8  4  3  1  6  2  4   gnalbrightATgmailDOTCOM
