AS FOUND IN OLD DEFUNCT SPEED SHOP....MATCHED PAIR OF CHROME OLD EELCO VALVE COVER BREATHERS.  SMALL ANGLE MOUNT AND I BELIEVE UNUSED.  VERY CLEAN INSIDES.  THESE ARE 1-3/4" WIDE AT BASE AND 1-1/2" BETWEEN CENTERS OF BOLT HOLES, 1-1/2" TALL ON ONE SIDE , 1" TALL AT OTHER SIDE  AND 1-1/4" WIDE ACROSS THE TOPS.  OLDER POLISH STILL SHINEY AND THERE IS SOME SMALL PITTING, SCRATCHING, AND SCRAPING ON THE TOPS.....ADDING TO THE CHARACTER THAT TAKES YEARS TO ACHIEVE.   THESE ARE ALUMINUM SO ONE COULD SAND THEM DOWN AND REPOLISH IF DESIRED.  THESE ARE PERFECT SIZE FOR USE ON YOUR OLD HEMI, OLDSMOBILE, CADILLAC, Y-BLOCK VALLEY PAN.  THESE ALSO WOULD BE PERIOD PERFECT ON YOUR OLD CORVETTE FINNED ALUMINUM VALVE COVERS.

THESE SMALL ANGLE-CUT BREATHERS ARE SOMEWHAT HARD-TO-FIND.  SORRY, THERE ARE MANY REFLECTIONS IN THE PICTURES.  I DID SHOW THE WORST BREATHER IN BLACK & WHITE PHOTOS SO THE DEFECTS COULD BE SEEN EASIER.....

The Range Rover Hybrid (pictured) in Russia on the Silk Trail expedition The new Range Rover Hybrid (and the Range Rover Sport Hybrid) will be arriving in Land Rover Showrooms in the New Year after their debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show last week. Currently, ahead of the final production hybrids being signed-off, Land Rover are, as we’ve already reported, busy driving the Silk Trail to Mumbai to put the Range Rover Hybrids through their paces and iron out any problems that crop up. The first stage of the Silk Trail 2013 trek was mainly across Europe where, although urban landscapes tested the hybrid’s economy and flexibility, there wasn’t too much in the way of challenging terrain to make sure the hybrid Range Rover was up to muster.

BMW to sell 19 Frozen Black Edition M3s in the U.S.

BMW has lined up a run of 20 M3 Coupes for the U.S. market with a special Frozen Black Edition package to promote its BMW Individual custom-ordering program. The automaker will open an order line on June 16 for buyers to reserve 19 of the cars.

The new MINI One (pictured) revealed in Geneva The big news for the Geneva Motor Show and MINI – apart from the display of the new MINI Cooper and Cooper S – was supposed to be the MINI Clubman Concept, a first look at the new Clubman in all its over-sized glory. But lurking on MINI’s stand in Geneva is also the new entry-level MINI – the new MINI One (pictured above). With a lesser spec than its siblings, the new MINI One comes with a body coloured roof, less butch front bumper and smaller wheels and an all round pruned-down spec.
