If you own a Sportsman Touring then you probably know the story with these front 4x4 sprague carriers (Sometimes refered to as as front roller cage). When they come from the factory they are very weak and made of plastic. When they break you cannot get into 4 wheel drive or even sometimes get out of 4 wheel drive.
