2008 EyesOn Design Awards

Wed, 23 Jan 2008

I was once told that the EyesOn Design Awards was initially conceived as an award by which a vehicle would be judged by visually-impaired individuals. The prerequisite for winning was that the beauty of a vehicle would have to be determined solely through the medium of touch. We’d assumed – because there was no reason to assume otherwise – that the three Electric Boxsters Porsche has running around would be all rear wheel-drive, just like the ICE Boxster.

Jaguar to build more R-S and R-S GT models

All opf which points to Jaguar’s plans to offer cars in their range that have true performance credentials to take on the might of BMW’s M Division and Mercedes AMG. That has been made even clearer by Jaguar’s Wayne Burgess who has told Edmunds that Jaguar will be pushing the envelope further and deeper across the Jaguar range with more R-S models in the planning as well as More R-S GT models too.
