These motors are close to obselete now. Motor from a 1999 XCR800 with 1341 original miles. Removed from a personal sled that was used for ice fishing. One bottom cylinder skirt broke off a while ago, I had the top end rebuilt and was told it was ok to run the cylinder as is. All three cylinders hold 150 psi compression. If your going to use this for a full blown race sled I would replace / re-sleeve the one cylinder.
