USED Porsche 356 Late Model BT5 / BT6 Shift Assembly With Lock (No Key); all original parts, good condition, rubber boot probably needs replacement, shift lever has been re-chromed (unused since), shift knob in very good condition, shift lock moves freely with key (up and down), not frozen, but I do not have or cannot find the proper key.  Heater knob also in good condition and moves freely. Will also include a new wire that opens and closes the heater boxes.  Shift Assembly removed from 1963 Late Model T-6 Coupe.

Read for re-paint and install.

Ikuo Maeda to replace Laurens van den Acker as General Manager of Design at Mazda

Ikuo Maeda has been appointed General Manager of Mazda Motor Corporation's Design Division. He replaces Laurens van den Acker, who has decided to leave Mazda to pursue other interests. Following on from the successful tenure of van den Acker, Maeda will lead the Japanese automaker's global design team and be responsible for the overall design and styling of Mazda's global products.

The Hyundai BlueOn EV Hyundai reveals the all electric Hyundai BlueOn in South Korea. With lots of fanfare about this being ‘South Korea’s first all electric car’ and intimating that Hyundai is fully committed to an electric future. Which of course is poppycock.

New Mercedes S 65 AMG revealed as S-Class range-topper

The 2014 Mercedes S 65 AMG (pictured) revealed ahead of LA & Tokyo debuts We’re assuming that the new 2014 Mercedes S 65 AMG will remain the new range-topper for the S-Class, but with Pullman versions of the S-Class still to come – perhaps with the Maybach badge – that’s not a certainty. But for now, the newly-revealed S65 AMG is indeed the top of the range in the new S-Class and will get its public debut at both the Los Angles and Tokyo Motor Shows later this month. We’ve actually already seen a photo of the new S65 AMG back in September when Mercedes were busy filming a promo, but now we get the full details ahead of debut.
