Shipping:

For U.S customers, most items will be shipped by FedEx ground and smaller items will be shipped by USPS priority mail.  We will NOT ship item(s) to a P.O box.  If you have your P.O address with PayPal, please update it with an actual address before we can ship your item(s).

For International customers (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico), all items will be shipped by USPS priority mail.

Return:

If you're not completely satisfied with this item, please send it back within 14 days and we will refund the PURCHASE price and SHIPPING cost. Items returned must be in the same condition as when they are sold.  All Custom Made Item(s) will be deducted 30% restocking fees from the purchase price.
