We process and ship your orders the same or next business day. Most orders are shipped from our main Oregon store, or one of our many regional warehouses across the United States. As a result, we can get your orders to you without delays.

Domestic - USPS, UPS, & FedEx Ground throughout the USA.

International - FedEx International Economy, Priority or USPS Priority.

When processing orders, we will select and use the most cost and time efficient shipping service based on the shipping destination.  Remember faster more optimal shippng services are available at the time the order is placed. See the shipping tab/link for the options and costs. 

We only ship to addresses you have posted in your eBay and/or PayPal account so please ensure your shipping address is current. Phone numbers are required for shipping purposes only, which aids in delivering the packages to you in atimely and securemanner.

We only use USPS or FedEx for international orders. The costs are posted and based on the package weight and your destination. We do not offer faster or slower minimal cost International services; other shipping companies and services (including Third Party and/or Global Shipping Services) do not meet eBay and PayPals requirements. If your destination country is not posted, then that means there is no shipping service is available.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We do not alter or lower invoices prices or International Customs documents. (This is unethical and illegal, so please do not ask us to do it).

Delivery/Transit times posted by eBay are only estimates. All international shipments go through a customs clearance procedure, which can affect transit time.

Many of the products we provide are sourced from among several regional warehouses and manufacturers across the USA. Because all products sent to international destinations must first be shipped to our main Oregon store for export processing, please allow the possibility of a few additional days for transit.

We pack well, and ship quickly upon receipt of payment. Items damaged/lost during shipping must be reported by you (the buyer), to the carrier service (USPS UPS FedEx) at the time of delivery!

All products carry the manufactures warranty. Contact the product manufacturer if warranty service is needed. Warranty is valid only on parts installed by qualified personnel and in the application for which they are intended. Parts that are improperly installed, used for testing, altered, abused, or subjected to arduous use may be excluded from warranty coverage.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the sales date. The receipt/invoice must accompany all returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.

We charge 15% restocking fee for item returned. (This covers eBay, PayPal and/or Credit card costs.) Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is due to a defect or our error. If an item is flawed or defective, a replacement will be shipped as soon as it is returned to us. If you do not wish receive a replacement, you must return the item for a refund.

The returned  product must be in resalable condition. Resalable condition means that in addition to the product(s) themselves, the original product carton, all packaging materials, slip-sheets, warranty statements, manuals and any other ancillary items included with the original product must be returned in like-new condition.

The item is returned to us within14 days of the sales date. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect each item upon receipt, even if they do not intend to use it for some time. The return postage is the buyers responsibility.

No returns on electrical parts, books, tools, special orders, installed/tested, used and close out parts.
