Returns

We will gladly accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 30 days from the receipt of the item.

If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please email us immediately in order to obtain an RMA number within 3 days upon the receipt of the item. Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty. Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense. We will exchange any defective products free of charge.

In non-April Fool's news, customers who buy cars shod with run-flat tires are nearly twice as likely to have to replace them as people with more conventional tires, according to a J.D. Power and Associates study. The poll also found that customers are also less satisfied with low-rolling resistance tires.

Apparently, despite titling the press release they sent us ‘Toyota Prius Generation “X”‘, it seems that’s not what this limited edition Prius is called. It is in fact the ‘Prius 10th Anniversary’, a catchy little moniker that at least does what it says on the tin.

Lincoln MKC – it’s an upmarket Ford Kuga: 2013 Detroit Auto Show

Ford has revealed the Lincoln MKC Concept at the Detroit Auto Show, a titivated upmarket offering based on the Ford Kuga. Despite strong sales on the other side of the Pond, Ford is struggling in Europe – just like every other mainstream car brand – and they’re probably ruing the day they decided to unravel their Premier Auto Group, selling off Aston Martin, Volvo and – their biggest mistake – Jaguar Land Rover. Which means that if Ford want to get back in to the – potentially very profitable – realm of premium cars again they’re stuck with doing it with one of their ‘brands’.
