This listing is for Porsche Panamera 970 Base OEM, Factory, Genuine, Original Equipment Rear Differential Assembly. This part will fit the 970 Panamera Base from 2010 to 2015 with 3.6 L V6 Gas Engine without Dynamic Chassis Control. This part is in excellent condition and was removed because couple of the designed grill on the assembly frame broke off as a result of the car going over a pavement. There is no damage to the Differential assembly just couple of the aluminum grill broke off. The Differential work fine on the car the customer decided to replace it since it was cover by full warrantee. The picture of the broken grill is shown on the listing. Please the broken piece does not affect the performance or drive of the car since the grill are only meant for design and not functional.

The car had a record of 1892 miles on the odometer when the part was removed. its still in like new condition.

Henrik Fisker resigns from Fisker Automotive

Henrik Fisker, founder and executive chairman of struggling plug-in hybrid vehicle maker Fisker Automotive, has resigned. In an email today to Automotive News, Henrik Fisker, referring to himself in the third person, said: "The main reasons for his resignation are several major disagreements that Henrik Fisker has with the Fisker Automotive executive management on the business strategy." Fisker confirmed his resignation in a phone interview and declined to comment further. Tony Posawatz, who became president and CEO of the company in August, said this morning that he had just been made aware of the resignation.

As we reported in June, Mazda has now confirmed it will unveil a compact crossover vehicle concept at the Moscow International Automobile Salon on 26 August. Called the Kazamai, which means "swirling crosswinds" in Japanese, the new vehicle is the sixth concept to employ Mazda's evolving 'Nagare' design language. The car's lines, inspired by crosswinds in nature, are claimed to evoke visual lightness, while its aerodynamic proportions accentuated by its bold front wheelarches and sleek roof line gives the design an emotional appeal.
