Power Commander V features NEW Power Commander V Basic Features List Reduced size from PCIIIusb (less than half of the size of PCIII) USB powered from computer (9 volt adapter is no longer needed for programming) 2 position map switching function built in (map switch not included) Gear/Speed input (allows for map adjustment based on gear and speed) Analog input (allows user to install any 0-5 volt sensor and build an adjustment table based on its input such as boost or temperature) With gear position input connected the PCV is capable of allowing each cylinder to be mapped individually and for each gear (for example: on a 4 cylinder bike with a six speed transmission there could be up to 24 separate fuel tables). Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will need to be invoiced for shipping. Mon, 05 Dec 2011Gert Hildebrand, former General Manager of Mini Design, was appointed Head of Design at Qoros Auto in January this year. In his new role, Hildebrand is responsible for overseeing a regeneration of the existing design and styling processes at the joint venture company, a collaboration between Qoros and Israel Corporation, which was founded in 2007. One of many high level designers making the transition to China, Hildebrand is is currently tasked with leading the creation of the new Qoros brand, which was unveiled at a presentation in Shanghai last week.
Bentley Arnage replacement to take on Rolls Royce
Sun, 12 Apr 2009Bentley's replacement for the Arnage in 2010 will go upmarket to compete with the Rolls Royce Phantom Bentley has revealed that after Arnage production finally ends in September it will be a full year before the replacement for the Arnage surfaces. Now the sceptics amongst us may put this down to the fact that Bentley are struggling to sell the cars they already make in the current climate, never mind producing an even more luxurious and expensive model. But Bentley say it’s so they can put a clear line under the current Arnage before its replacement arrives late in 2010.
Chevrolet Colorado show truck is set for debut at the Bangkok auto show
Mon, 07 Mar 2011Chevrolet on Monday said a concept that previews the next-generation Chevrolet Colorado small pickup will debut at the Bangkok motor show on March 25. Chevy released a teaser photo that shows the front corner of the show truck. Chevy says it chose Bangkok for the debut because the popularity of small pickups in the market; 43 percent of vehicles sold in Bangkok last year were pickups.
