The Best Deals and the Greatest Service are what obars "DealTx.com" is all about.

Parting out a 65HP OMC Evinrude (possibly Johnson) Outboard Motor.. All parts are being sold as usable parts, unless otherwise noted in description.

Up for bid here is the Powerhead assembly as shown. Looks to be in good shape.  Did compression check and was as follows: Top = 121psi, Middle=116psi, lower=117psi. Last picture shows spark plugs as they were pulled from the engine. Engine has not run for several years. I do not have the model number, because someone changed out the transom mount and it has different Model & Serial number on it. Faded paint and scratches. May be a ready to run powerhead, or may need refurbishing. Did NOT notice any noises or knocks when doing compression check.  Comes as shown.  I only charge what it cost me to ship items, and any excess shipping money that's left from eBays shipping calculator amounts, gets refunded as long as its 1.00 or more. If its more than quoted, then that's my problem, not yours. Thanks

New Mercedes GL (2012/2013) arrives ahead of New York debut

Mon, 02 Apr 2012

New Mercedes GL (2012/2013) (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});The refreshed Mercedes GL – the big brother to the M Class – has arrived ahead of its debut at the New York Auto Show. The new Mercedes GL wasn’t supposed to surface quite yet, but the Interwebs being what they are the first set of photos of the refreshed GL are already doing the rounds. What we get is a much less stolid GL than the current model with a new nose and a look that says ‘M Class Big Brother’, which as the GL is based on an extended M Class platform should be no surprise.

UK car tax rises 'won't work'

Thu, 29 May 2008

By Tim Pollard Motoring Issues 29 May 2008 10:56 The UK Government's proposed tax rises won't deter drivers from picking a high-CO2 car, new research by CAR reveals. We surveyed more than 1000 motorists and asked if the new charges – quadrupling the annual tax bill for some cars – would put them off so-called gas guzzlers. Surprisingly, 76 percent of drivers said it wouldn't deter them one jot.
