PROGRESSIVE SUSPENSION 422 SERIES STANDARD DUTY ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS. FITS: '89-'99 Softail models. Fully adjustable for ride height and spring preload. Makes tuning the bikes suspension for the rider's style easy. Shocks feature a show chrome cover. Pair of progressive-rate coil springs and purpose-designed monotube dampers provide superior suspension performance. Dampers feature a nitrogen charge that eliminates internal oil cavitation and helps create a consistant ride while resisting heat-induced fade. Shocks can be adjusted from stock riding height to 2" lower. Made in the U.S.A. Chicago Auto Show interactive web tour launches
Fri, 10 Feb 2012Interactive media company 360° Revo and the Chicago Automobile Trade Association (CATA) has launched a web-based, interactive tour of the 2012 Chicago Auto Show. Automobile enthusiasts worldwide who could not make it to the show – the press days of which ran from 8-9 February – will be able to tour the exhibitions and even go inside specific vehicles featured at this year's show. This is the first time the CATA, producer of the Chicago Auto Show, and 360° Revo has worked together and with the media company's technology comes the ability for online users to navigate and explore the auto show floor and visit individual exhibits.

Jaguar XJ_e PHEV Plug-in Hybrid wins RAC Awards
Tue, 06 Nov 2012The Jaguar XJ_e PHEV plug-in hybrid has won the RAC ‘Most Energy Efficient Luxury Car Prototype’ and ‘Technical Panel’s Award of Merit’. This year, Jaguar rolled out its experimental hybrid XJ – the Jaguar XJ_e, which we saw at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed – which managed to win the award for ‘Most Energy Efficient Luxury Car Prototype’ and also grabbed the Technical Panel’s ‘Award of Merit’ for its clever tech and frugal transit. Jaguar entered three XJ_e PHEV experimental cars in to the FCC, which managed to do the Brighton to London run on just 1.2 litres of petrol and 11kWh of electricity which adds up to an mpg of around 125mpg.
