This listing is for the New SA2010 Pyrotect Tribal Airflow Racing Helmet, Size XXL, Color Tribal design. This full face helmet features, certifications and rating of, SFI 24.1, Snell SA2010 and D.O.T. It can be used from everything from Motorcycles, Off Road, Drag Racing, Road Course, Circle Track to NASCAR. This helmet features a Patented Pro Airflow Interior openings in the front and sides of the chin bar and scalp to allow air in and escape through the top exhaust ports for driver comfort and reducing fog. The interior of the helmet features a plush fire retardant Nomex padding and a removable washable liner as well as a padded Kevlar chin strap designed for racer comfort and proper fit. The distortion free face shield is constructed with a high grade, low fog .125" Polycarbonate with an excellent extend peripheral field of vision with tear off post. All the hardware of this progressive helmet is Stainless Steel. Under this hand laminated lightweight shell you can also wear additional eye protection or eye wear such as sun or vision glasses. This helmet is compatible for most aftermarket neck safety restraint devices as well. This helmet is made by the same manufactures that make Bell Helmets at a fraction of the price but the same durability and support and it even accepts Bell Style Tear Offs. The deal was announced on Thursday evening, after the administrators PKF Partners struck a deal with Smolenski to buy TVR's assets for an undisclosed sum, thought to be in excess of £2m. The Russian businessman bought TVR in 2004 for around £15m, but sales stalled and the Blackpool factory crashed into administration at Christmas time.

Tue, 28 Apr 2009The U.S. Treasury Department has reached a tentative debt-reduction agreement with Chrysler's main creditors but still must get other lenders to sign on for the deal to take effect, three people with knowledge of the talks said today. The accord with JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley would reduce Chrysler's $6.9 billion debt to $2 billion, which would be repaid by Chrysler in cash, they said.
