Kia Ray Concept at Chicago Motor Show

Kia wil preview the Kia Ray Concept plug-in hybrid at the Chicago Motor Show next month Yes, the Detroit Motor Show is only just about done, but waiting in the wings is the rather less fancy Chicago Motor Show (although they probably won’t thank us for describing it as such). But despite Chicago being a lower key affair than Detroit they will still get their share of new stuff. Maserati refreshes Quattroporte

The new flagship Quattroporte S borrows the 424bhp 4.7-litre V8 from the GranTurismo S, while the standard Quattroporte retains the existing 393bhp 4.2-litre engine from before, with both hooked up to the ZF six-speed automatic transmission introduced two years ago. Barrett-Jackson and Ford team up to combat juvenile diabetes

Ford will auction off its first retail 2015 Mustang GT at the Barrett Jackson event on Jan. 18 to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. JDRF is the country's leading organization funding Type 1 diabetes research.
