This item up for sale is the Quorum VA-190 Vehicle Alarm and the VA-190R, both NIB. This is for older types of vehicles which do not have today's modern alarms. Great for that ol' '50 and '60s you got up and running! Both items are new and in boxes. Picture of the VA 190R is out of box, and have two of them so you could move your unit from one vehicle to another. Works remotely. The VA-190 senses the sudden air movement when your vehicle's door is opened, sounding the alarm when such movement is detected. It's simple operation eliminates the need for lengthy or troublesome installation. The use and operation is described in detail in these instructions provided with the box. Includes what's shown. Styled by Vignale, the Indy served as Maserati’s four-passenger business express from 1969 to 1971, powered originally by a 4.2-liter V8 and later by 4.7- and 4.9-liter versions of the Ghibli powerplant. This Oregon-based Euro-market example has a five-speed manual gearbox and power steering, and the owner of 20 years claims to have had a lot of expensive-sounding work done over the past few years.
Who’s Where: Peter Horbury appointed Senior Vice President Design at Geely Group
Thu, 03 Nov 2011Peter Horbury, presently Vice President of Design at Volvo Car Corporation, is set to join a growing roster of design directors who have relocated to China – the most recent being Gert Hildebrandt who was appointed Design Director at Chery Quantum Auto Co. (a joint venture between Chery Automobile, China's largest independent car manufacturer, and Israel Corp.) earlier this year. Horbury, who will be taking up a new position as Senior Vice President of Design at Geely Group, will be based in Sanya, in the Hainan Province of China.
