Offically franchised in 1958, bought by Hardees' in Dec 1981. The Last Burger Chef remained open till 1996* in Cookeville TN. Material: White Plastic with RED Lettering & Picture. Writting & Picture is still Very Clean & Crisp. EXCELLENT, MINT Condition for it's age. Doesn't look like it was used, Sticky Pad Still Covered. Made in the U.S.A. Part Number: 9146 K - 1 The Coin / Token / Toll Cards, Paper or whatever is inserted from the bottom & the Roller Holds it in the holder. To Remove, just slide the item to the right. GMC Granite at the Detroit motor show 2010

Designed to move away from GMC's current range - which is dominated by pick-up trucks and full-size 4x4s - the Granite is much smaller than any GMC currently on sale. Yes, the Granite is just 4097mm long, making it shorter than a Ford Focus or BMW 1-series.

The new 2010 model year Vauxhall Corsa has been nipped and tucked, tweaked and polished to produce an impressive average 13% fuel saving across the range.Five out of the six Corsa engines now produce less than 125g/km and the 2010 Corsa Ecoflex diesel now manages up to 76.3mpg (on the Government's not-especially-representative combined figures).How have they made the Corsas so much cleaner?Just good old-fashioned engine tuning, apparently. EV car maker Aptera shuts down
Fri, 02 Dec 2011Automotive startup company Aptera Motors, promoter of the weirdly styled, three-wheeled 2e electric car, shut down on Friday, saying it was out of money. The company said it was unable to raise funds from private investors that would have kept it going until it received a $150 million loan from the Department of Energy's Advance Technology Vehicle Manufacturing program. "This is a difficult time for everyone connected with our company because we have never been closer to realizing our vision," CEO Paul Wilbur said in a statement.
