David Brown Automotive has announced its Speedback GT will cost £495,000 plus local taxes – meaning it’ll set UK buyers back a whopping £594,000. Unveiled at the Top Marques show in Monaco, the Speedback is based on the £78,965 Jaguar XKR and powered by a supercharged 5.0-litre engine. With the Jaguar F-Type close to launch at the Paris Motor Show, Jaguar has released a new video extolling its performance potential. Although we’ve been looking at the Jaguar F-Type Roadster (albeit with a black and white camouflage paint job) since April, it doesn’t officially arrive until Paris next month. But Jaguar has learnt that the Interwebs like a constant drip of new information on hotly anticipated cars, so they’ve dropped a new video for the F-Type focussing on its performance.
