Land Rover at the Paris motor show 2008
Mon, 06 Oct 2008By Ged Maxwell Motor Shows 06 October 2008 09:57 Land Rover unveiled its most fuel-efficient car ever at the French motor show: the new Freelander TD4_e Stop/Start. No prizes for guessing it's a diesel 4x4, whose economy is improved by 3.8mpg and CO2 falls by 8 percent. Tell me more about the Freelander TD4_e Stop/StartLand Rover has been harping on about its new green technologies for quite a while – so it's a relief finally to see a production car (rather than the far-fetched concepts we've become used to) bristling with eco kit applied.
New Nissan Terrano is a rebadged Dacia Duster
Tue, 11 Jun 2013The new Nissan Terrano (pictured) is a rebadged Dacia Duster The Dacia Duster SUV has been taking Europe by storm for several years with its combination of cheapness, ruggedness and a surprising ability to do its job. That meant the UK and Ireland having to wait for the Duster to arrive until capacity could be found in India to build RHD versions, and now it seems Nissan are about to utilise its production facilities in Chennai to turn out a new Nissan Terrano that is actually a rebadged Dacia Duster.

This is when, in 1985, Buick unveiled the totally unexpected Wildcat concept, which broke radically with the brand's stodgy image. Proportionally, the weight is placed forward, with a thin and low tail.
