Shipping: Parts are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless payment is received on the weekend in which case the item will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to purchasing the part to be sure we can meet your needs. We use FedEx or USPS Express mail and can help verify that you will get your part as expected.
Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping discounts. If you purchase several parts at the same time, contact us before paying for the items and we will provide you with a single invoice for all the parts including shipping. Please do not ask for combined shipping estimates prior to purchasing the parts. We will only charge you what it costs us to ship the combined items.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is a restocking fee for all returns. When the return is a result of our error, there is no restocking fee. There are no returns on electronic items because electrical problems elsewhere in your bike can damage components that are placed in the system.
