For parts that are not defective, but are returned within the 30 days. Original shipping costs are not refunded and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
To return an item you must contact us by phone 419-491-1825 within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Shipping
We usually ship within 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise noted, Buyer pays shipping. We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.
Our business hours are from 8-5:30 M-F EST. time. All Non-Freight items will be sent via Fed Ex ground unless agreed otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 12:00 pm ET. If car makers are going to foist electric cars on us, the least they can do is make them as useful as the limited technology permits. And that’s what Audi are doing with the A1 e-tron EV. The Audi A1 e-tron isn’t a daft BEV (battery electric vehicle) with a woeful range at the mercy of weather conditions, instead it’s a range extender EV with a small Wankel engine which kicks-in when the battery charge is used up to increase range.

Infiniti has released another photograph of its new G37 Convertible – the roadster version of Nissan’s new 3-series fighter. The car will be formally shown at the 2008 Los Angeles motor show and this is only the second photograph of the new cabrio that goes on sale next summer. It’s the convertible version of the G37 Coupe (read our first drive here) and, like its 3-series target, uses a folding hard-top roof.

The new Mazda 3 made its first auto show appearance on Tuesday in Frankfurt. It's the first time we've seen the hot hatch since its five-city launch in June that coincided with the 10-year anniversary of the first 3. It's the third member of the family to use the Kodo design style, which means “soul of motion.”
Here in the States, the 3 will offer two gasoline engines, both with direct injection.
