Looks like it's about 16" diameter, and the inside of the rim (where tire beads press against) is 1.5".
Took it off a Tomos moped years ago, and was going to use it for a project, but that was 9 years ago.
it's been kept inside, so there is no rust. Spins quietly and true.
I didn't take it apart to check on the condition of the brake pads.
Oh, and it's a steel rim, with chrome finish.
