Not only must it follow the hardest act in Lambo’s history – its most successful car ever, in the shape of the Gallardo – but it must do battle in an arena teeming with high-tech supercars. The Huracan will compete for bedroom wall real estate – and for £175k exotica buyers – with rivals like the Ferrari 458 Italia, McLaren 12C, Porsche 911 Turbo S and the new Honda NSX hybrid.

Nissan's DeltaWing goes for a ride at Sebring

The Nissan-powered DeltaWing race car was on-hand for a few laps at Sebring this weekend, and the funky-looking speedster made it around the 3.7-mile track without incident. Granted, it was at about half race speed, but it was good to see the Nissan out on four wheels— narrow as some of those wheels might be. The DeltaWing sports a direct-injection, 1.6-liter turbocharged Nissan engine making about 300 hp.

New BMW X3 (2011) M Sport Package

The BMW X3 2011 M Sport Package It’s only just over a week since BMW revealed the 2011 BMW X3, an evolutionary makeover for BMW’s middle ranking SAV. And now we get – although not officially from BMW yet – the M Sport Package for the latest X3. The M Sport Package does butch the X3 up a fair bit with new bumpers, body-coloured aprons front and back together with new skirts and wheel arches.
