Offered here for your consideration is an
original reconditioned OEM engine crankshaft Stanpart number 311406 assembly
for the 1974 - 1979 Triumph Spitfire 1500 and MG Midget 1500. The crankshaft was recently serviced by a local reputable engine machine
shop. The crankshaft has been freshly
ground and the journals were micro-polished to 0.010/0.010 specifications for both
the rod and main journals. The
crankshaft has been checked for cracks and run-out. No
problems were indicated by the machine shop.

this crankshaft is approximately 45 pounds. Local pick up is preferred and encouraged to

Toyota leaves F1
Wed, 04 Nov 2009Toyota are quitting F1 It’s not exactly a huge surprise, but Toyota has announced today that they are leaving Formula One and will not be back in 2010 to take their place. With the announcement that Bridgestone are also quitting F1 after 2010, and the departure of Honda before the 2009 season started, there is going to be no Japanese involvement in F1. Which is rather sad for a nation that loves its cars.
