At Boat Parts By Net we strive to provide our customers with an honest and straightforward buying experience, we describe each and every item we sell as accurately as possible in order to avoid issues and/or problems, and we test each item when possible to ensure that our description of the item is correct and that our customers have the information they need to make an informed decision about their purchase, we don't play the "hype" game, and we don't play the bait and switch game.

Additionally we offer our potential customers the ability to make us an offer on almost all items we sell and we are more than happy to consider any reasonable offer, however, an offer made that is too low (commonly known as"Lowball Offers" or Offers that are clearly a huge amount less than the item's actual worth) will be declined.

While all sales are final and no returns are accepted, each item we list will be "as described" and described as accurately as possible, or we will gladly accept the item back and offer a full refund of your purchase price including shipping...

In the same manner that our customers expect to receive 5 star service, we would like a 5 star rating and are willing to earn it, if at any time there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us before leaving neutral, or negative feedback so we can try to resolve the issue.

As always, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, or are looking for something we don't have listed on the site.
