RIGID INDUSTRIES GRILLE FOR '11-13 POLARIS RZR WITH 10" SR-SERIES LED COMBO LIGHT BAR DESCRIPTION: This Rigid Industries LED grille is designed specifically for the 2011-2013 Polaris RZR and allows for a clean, OE-quality install of Rigid Industries high output lighting using the included 10" SR-Series LED light bar. This 2-piece grille is made from laser-cut 304 stainless steel and is assembled using stainless steel button socket head bolts and nyloc nuts - no welds. It features a high quality black powder-coat finish and mounts securely using OEM mounting locations. Installation is simple and straight-forward and this LED grille is backed by Rigid Industries' limited lifetime warranty. Rigid Industries is a leader in LED lighting, and the SR (single row) series offers a low profile design that projects light at extreme distances while consuming very little power. Its durable extruded aluminum housing and virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lens are sealed against the elements for years of trouble-free operation. Rigid's patented Hybrid optics system is the most powerful, most efficient LED optics system on the market. Utilizing a combination of lens and reflector, the Hybrid optics system captures the maximum amount of light emitted from the LED and projects it exactly where you want it. This Rigid Industries light features a combination of both Spot and Flood versions of our patented Hybrid optics system. The Hybrid Spot optic projects light over great distances in a concentrated beam and is the most powerful spot-style LED light in the industry. This makes it perfect for for high speeds and situations where you need extreme distance. The Hybrid Flood optic, while offering just over half the distance of the Spot version, provides twice the coverage area. When combined, The Hybrid Spot and Flood optics provide the perfect combination of both distance and area. The circuitry is designed in-house to be more powerful, be more efficient, and generate less heat. The durable aluminum housings feature custom, over-sized heat sinks which keep the temperature down and allow our LED's to run cooler and brighter. The 3008 HYbrid4 will be followed by a brace of 508 hybrids in spring 2011, and engineers have told CAR that any car on the mid-sized PF2 and full-sized PF3 platforms can use the same innovative electric 4wd architecture.
