 RJS RACING EQUIPMENT SFI 16.1 2" LATCH & LINK JR DRAGSTER HARNESS ORANGE 1001705This listing is for a 2" RJS Racing Equipment 5 Point Latch and Link Jr Dragster or Off Road Racing Harness. The SFI 16.1 Harness has a 2" Pull Down Individual Roll Bar Mount Shoulder Harness that Bolts or Wraps to the roll bar. The Lap Belts are 3" Pull Down Lap Belts that Bolt to the chassis. The submarine belt is 2" that will bolt or wrap. This harness is Orange in color but if you would like another color please leave a note or message at checkout. The price is still the same for Black, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Gray, Purple, Green and Hot Pink. This item will come with a current SFI tag within the month/year that it is purchased. This is also a re-certifiable belt through RJS Racing Equipment after two years and can be re-certified three times in its lifetime of 10 years. These harnesses are manufactured by RJS Racing Equipment out of The Motor City since 1959. One of the last American companies still offering American made products to the world. This item is NOT an overseas cheap manufactured part with a bootlegged SFI tag. Every Part of this belt is manufactured in Detroit, Michigan and assembled in Jupiter, Florida. Banks and Dallenbach ready for Pikes Peak with 1,400 hp
Thu, 09 Aug 2012Not content to rest on his laurels after developing new diesel engines for military applications, Gale Banks and his company Banks Power will run a 1,400-hp, 1,301 lb-ft methanol-fueled vehicle up the now completely paved course at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, which is scheduled to take place Aug. 8-12. Banks teamed up with Paul Dallenbach and Leonard Arnold of Dallenbach Racing for the occasion.
Seat completes industry's largest solar panel installation
Mon, 25 Nov 2013SEAT HAS completed construction of the largest solar panel installation in the automotive industry. The huge 'Seat al Sol' array at the firm’s Martorell plant outside Barcelona is the size of 40 football pitches and generates 15 million kilowatt hours of power per year courtesy of the reliable Spanish sunshine. The electricity produced is enough to account for a quarter of the amount needed to build a year’s allocation of Leons, reducing the factory’s energy bills significantly and saving 7,000 tonnes of CO2 per year.
Fiat Punto Sporting arrives with revised Punto range
Fri, 02 Aug 2013The Fiat Punto Sporting (pictured) ash been added to the Punto range The Fiat Punto is a bit of an anonymous Fiat that should probably sell better than it does, but with most of Fiat’s marketing efforts centered on the 500, the Punto just gets overlooked. So Fiat are trying to inject a bit more interest in the Punto by making some teaks to the range, deleting a couple of trim levels and adding a new one – the Punto Sporting. The Fiat Punto Sporting is Fiat’s take on ‘Sporty’ for the Punto with a set of side skirts, a sports suspension setup, ‘Tarmac’ finish on the dash, 16″ alloys, chrome exhaust tip and a gloss black roof.
