Complete Valvetrain Performance Upgrade Kit Includes:

“Super-Alloy” Oversized Valves

- Intake valve has custom grind to provide better flow and velocity

- One piece forged, high nickel-based alloy receives a unique heat-treatment/stress relieving process ensuring proper molecular integrity and uniform grain

- Valves exhibit extreme heat resistance and enormous tensile strength properties enabling them to withstand intense spring pressure and wide temperature variations

- Hard chrome plate provides valve stems with a low coefficient of friction, a hard wear-resistant surface, higher lubricity properties and maximum heat transfer from the valve stem to the valve guide contact area

-  Intake: 1.508”, Exhaust: 1.200” (requires machining of seats)

“Beehive” Valve Springs

- Single beehive form is designed and optimized to reduce valvetrain harmonics, provide greater spring stability and reduce spring weight

- Special Ovate (oval/multi-radius) wire shape design provides better heat dissipation for longer life. Valvetrain stresses are more effectively distributed over the entire wire shape, extending spring life and enabling more horsepower

- Ovate design has the highest level of fatigue resistance available, while minimizing load loss

-  Provides 130psi load (stock coils provide max of 70psi load)

- Developed from premium grade super-clean PAC alloy material designed to withstand aggressive endurance requirements

- Springs are heat treated, stress relieved and multistage shot-peened for extended life and durability

- Comes with resized cylinder head spring locators

“Super 7°” Valve Locks

- 7° & radial lock design provides increased clamping force, increased stability at high RPM’s and reduced valve tip flex and fatigue

- Manufactured from high quality 4140 chromoly bar stock

- Heat-treated for maximum strength and machined to exact tolerances

Titanium Retainers

- Precision CNC-machined from aerospace quality titanium

- Fully heat-treated and finished to exact tolerances

- Incredible strength, yet offers a 40% weight reduction over conventional steel retainers

- This is a brand new, never before offered system for the Rootes/Sunbeam motor and is ideal for any form of modified engine – from near-stock to full race - including turbo, nitrous and supercharged applications

- Developed between a top racing/performance parts manufacturer and The Creative Workshop.

- All components manufactured in the USA to top race-quality standards

- Works with all Rootes Brand 4-cylinder engines from 1955 - 1970. 1390cc, 1494cc, 1592cc and 1725cc engines

- Sunbeam Alpine, Rapier, Hillman, Harrington, Humber, Singer

- Note: we do know that these will NOT fit the Chrysler variant of these engines (when Rootes was purchased by Chrysler). We are working on set that will do this now.

- Installation of these components should be done by a qualified, experienced engine rebuilder
