Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you may return it for a refund minus a 10-20% restocking fee. The product must be in a resellable condition with all parts and instruction is original box. We can take returns without some of these items. Please call for more information.

This product normally ships in 24-48 hours. We do have these for sale in our store and online and sell them regularly. This is a rare occurance however and we would notify you within the 24-48 hour after your order if there is a problem shipping it immediately. We ship all items via UPS FedEx or Truckfreight if the item is heavy. You will receive an email receipt within 24 hours of your payment. A tracking number will be provided within 24 to 48 hours of the time that the item has shipped. We do ship items from several warehouses across the US so usually we can send an item from a warehouse close to you to expedite shipping times. Items normally ship within 24 to 48 hours of your closing bid unless extenuating circumstances arise. We do have these for sale in our store and online and sell them regularly. Although we try to keep a good stock occasionally we run out and it can take 2-3 weeks for the product to ship.
