If you are shipping to a P.O Box we will send it USPS due to the other carriers not delivering to USPS. Shipping is calculated by weight and the destinations zone. All products we sell are insured when shipped at no extra cost to you. When a product is purchased and checkout is complete we print a shipping label and send you your tracking information. At World of Rv Parts we try and ship all products the same day or within 24 hours. please note that special order products can sometimes take longer.

Most online dealers use several warehouses and drop ship. you may Return any part to us Within 30 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange, you may return any of the following items for a refund, less shipping and a 15 percent restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply if the package sent was not the correct product. Please note buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us unless otherwise stated by a staff manager. If the wrong product was shipped we will send a call ticket for the product to be shipped back to us at no cost to you.

In order to Return Your Product you will need to call us for a RGA number Returned Goods Authorization number if you send it back and you do not have a RGA number we cannot honor the Refund or Exchange.
