Harness will plug into the factory harness and you will use this when installing a new head unit into your car or truck. It is standard EIA color coded so all you have to do is match up the colors with those found on the harness coming out of your new stereo's wire harness and crimp them together.

This harness can also be used in conjunction with a reverse harness to add XM, Sirius, or a FM Modulated accessory without cutting factory wiring. This harness is EIA color coded the same as most aftermarket radios.

The color codes used on this car stereo connector harness conform to the E.I.A (Electronics Industry Association) standard. Depending on the manufacturer these colors may differ from the wiring codes found on your stereo. Always refer to your stereo owners manual for specific wiring details before making any connections.

• Orange - Dash Light Dimmer / Illumination
• Orange / White - Dash Light Dimmer / Illumination
• Orange / Black - Dash Light Dimmer Ground / Illumination Ground
• Brown - Mute / Not Used
• White - Left Front Speaker (+)
• White / Black - Left Front Speaker (-)
