Cleaned/rebuilt carbs for 1999+ silver 951 engine. These twin SBN-46I Mikunis are jetted for the following 951 applications:
1999- GSX LTD, GTX LTD, XP LTD 2000- GTX, RX, LRV, XP 2001- GTX, RX, LRV, XP 2002- GTX, RX, XP They have 162.5 mains, 75 lows, 2.0 Needles, PTO accel pump, and adjustment screws are set to stock factory settings. Accelerator pump is operational. They should require no adjustments other than possibly tweaking your idle speed to your liking via the idle stop screw.
I have gone through these completely and cleaned everything up, replaced all internal fasteners with made in USA stainless steel allen head (I sell these in my other items, a very good upgrade to your ski if you are interested in longevity), replaced fuel line and clamps with new 30R7 HBD thermoid made in USA fuel line, and replaced any internal components that I decided were in need of replacement with OEM Mikuni parts. I have changed all accel pump lines with made in USA Tygon 4040A fuel line and new oetiker clamps. Painted and clearcoated for additional corrosion protection. All springs and adjustment screws and pivot points greased. But don't just take my word for it, I will guarantee these carbs to give you zero problems after installation and even for the next 3 years (as long as you store your Seadoo properly ***e.g. Fog, fuel stabilizer, dry place, seat off***. Comes with airbox clip and rack with o rings, etc. These are a bolt up and go item. All my parts come from freshwater skis and are in good working condition, unless otherwise noted. I won't sell parts made in China. All my new parts are made in the same country as they were originally produced.
